UPDATE - any more for Forest School or Pond dipping tomorrow?It is nearly time for the summer holidays and it should be a great time of year for butterflies, which will be out theme this month.July’s Saturday Forest School will be Saturday 13th July 10am -12noon. Our theme will be Butterflies and we will make some lentil burgers. Lots of other activities also available.£6.50 per child, £4.50 for extra siblings Age 1-10Dates for the rest of the year will be 14th September 12th October, 9th November.Also on the same day Pond dipping 12:30-1:30pm or 2-3pm. Not Forest School - but something else that I am very involved in. It is going to very interesting and lots for children to do too!Less than a week to go until the Kenilworth Eco Fayre. Lots of interesting really information about how to save money by reducing our energy bills, how our food and purchase choices can be more sustainable, how we can reduce waste, how we get involved in supporting local wildlife and lots more. Reusable items and preloved items will be for sale. Crafts and a bird spotting trail for children and a free plant for them. Plant swap/sale stall.Parking on site is only for those with limited mobility, others please walk or cycle, come by bus or train or park at the station or in the town centre.See you there! ... Spring is well upon us now and the trees covered in leaves. Everything is looking great and a bit of sunshine adds an extra sparkle. Al the rain has made everything grow really well!May’s Saturday Forest School will be Saturday 11th May 10am -12noon. Our theme will be Bees and we will make some toast and honey.
